2. The service
WorkSpeak provides AI-assisted English coaching tools, including a sentence improver, roleplay, flashcards, audio shadowing, and writing tools. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors; you should review it before professional use.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated data extraction.
- No reselling or sublicensing the service without written permission.
- No attempt to bypass rate limits or content moderation.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice for upcoming renewals.
6. User content
You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant WorkSpeak a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
7. Community contributions
Phrases you publish to the community library are visible to other users, attributed to your first name and job role. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The WorkSpeak name, logo, lessons, prompts, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service for personal or internal business use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkSpeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
